    All returns are eligible only for store credit. No cash refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

  2. Proof Required
    Returns will only be accepted with valid proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos or videos showing the issue). We reserve the right to decline any request without sufficient evidence.

  3. Timeframe
    Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.

  4. Condition of Returned Items
    Products must be returned in their original packaging. Used or opened products may not be accepted unless damage occurred during shipping.

  5. Process
