Pre-Order Terms & Product Disclaimer

By placing a preorder with Auremio Cigars, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Product Renderings: Images displayed throughout this website are digital renderings or representative photographs intended to illustrate the design, presentation, and overall appearance of the product. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, minor variations in color, tobacco leaf appearance, band placement, box grain, and other handcrafted details may occur. These variations are inherent to premium handmade cigars and do not constitute defects.
  • Pre-Order Production Timeline: This product is offered on a preorder basis. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept an estimated production and fulfillment period of approximately four (4) weeks before your order is prepared for shipment. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be subject to reasonable delays resulting from tobacco aging, handcrafting, quality control, customs, or shipping logistics.
  • Handcrafted Product: Every Auremio cigar is individually handcrafted using natural tobacco. As a result, slight variations in shade, texture, cap construction, aroma, and dimensions are normal characteristics of premium handmade cigars.
  • Age Verification: By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction. Adult signature may be required upon delivery where applicable.
  • Final Sale: Due to the perishable nature of premium tobacco products and applicable regulations, all preorder purchases are considered final once production has commenced. Orders may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged after this point except where required by law.
  • Shipping & Compliance: Auremio Cigars reserves the right to cancel or refund any order that cannot be legally shipped to the purchaser's location or that otherwise violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
